By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SCG helps customers locate, evaluate, purchase, and sell vehicles through retail and wholesale channels. We act as a broker and facilitator. Vehicle availability, pricing, condition, and financing terms are set by sellers, dealers, auctions, and lenders and may change without notice. Any quote or estimate we provide is informational until confirmed in a signed purchase agreement or written confirmation.
We may assist you in obtaining vehicle financing by introducing you to lenders or dealers. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Any credit application is subject to the lender's own approval process, terms, and disclosures. If you ask us to connect you with a financing or credit-improvement partner, that partner's own agreements govern the services they provide, and SCG makes no representation about their results.
Who we are and what you'll receive. Southeast Consulting Group LLC is an automotive brokerage that helps customers locate, purchase, and sell vehicles. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our website, forms, or booking pages, you agree to receive text messages from Southeast Consulting Group LLC. Depending on which consent you gave, messages may include (a) non-marketing messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about your vehicle inquiry or transaction, and replies to your questions, and/or (b) marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Consent is not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Southeast Consulting Group LLC.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to SCG for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
